David Spach

Jeff Stone

Jeff Stone is Co-Founder of Potentia Consulting and has more than 20 years of consulting experience. He helps clients navigate through periods of change, particularly, the transition from an entrepreneurial to more professionally managed organizations. His focus in on helping clients achieve personal, team and organizational effectiveness. Jeff’s clients span a range of industries, including Life Sciences. He holds a Master's in Organization Development from American University.
