Gretchen Kramph

Gretchen Kramph MSOD, PCC is a principal and co-founder of Process Experts LLC. She has more than thirty years experience in education, behavioral science, leadership development and business management. As an Executive Coach, she is a catalyst for change in individuals and teams. Clients include private industry, non-profit and philanthropic organizations, educational institutions and government agencies.

Gretchen holds a MS in OD from American University and Leadership Coaching certification from Georgetown University.

Kassie Steegman

Kassie Steegman, CFA, MBA is President of Evolving Leadership, LLC. She coaches leaders, entrepreneurs and corporate teams on enhancing leadership capabilities and creating positive cultures. She works with leaders to enhance their core competencies and investigate the internal assumptions and reactive tendencies that limit their effectiveness. Kassie’s passion for creating authentic organizations grew out of her 20-year business career in investment management and retail consulting.
