The Leadership Circle Workshop Certification
We describe three TLC Workshops on this website—The Authentic Leader, Mastering Leadership, and Pathways to Partnership. In this five day Certification Training, we will experience the key modules in these workshops. After you are certified in both, you will have access to an entire suite of integrated leadership development tools.
Pre-requisites for Workshop Certification
Before taking Workshop Certification you must first take The Leadership Circle Profile Certification Training and also participate in The Authentic Leader Workshop.
Build Your Own Workshop On-line
TLC will soon have a "Build Your Own Workshop" section
to our web-site. With this Certification training comes access
to this part of the site. It will easily let you customize your
own workshop/teambuilding design from this body of workshop material.
You will be able to create designs from one-half day to 3 or more
days. This puts great power and flexibility into your hands to
bring your clients a process that is tailored to their needs.
Co-Train
With a Senior Certified Consultant
Certification begins with this training and ends when, after
co-training with one of our Senior Certified Consultants, you
both decide that you are ready to fly solo. The number of co-trainings
it takes, depends on your experience level and the pace at which
you take on new material.
New Business Referrals Are Available
TLC receives request for consulting and coaching from client
companies and organizations. We refer new business to Senior
Certified Consultants. These are individuals who complete both
TLC Profile and Workshop certifications, thus showing their
mastery in all aspects of TLC work.
