This five day certification course will prepare you to successfully use The Leadership Circle Workshop programs in your practice. This program is limited to 15 participants.

Pre-requisites for Workshop Certification
Before taking Workshop Certification you must first take The Leadership Circle Profile Certification Training and also participate in The Authentic Leader Workshop.
Training Location
Sylvania, Ohio
This hotel-conference meeting space is 14 miles from Toledo Airport and 45 miles from Detroit Metropolitan Airport. Cleveland Hopkins Airport is just under two hour’s drive.
Schedule
Starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends 5:00 p.m. each day. Last day of each certification ends at 4:30 p.m.
Fee
You must have completed The Leadership Circle Profile certification in order to enroll in this program. Payment in full guarantees your space at this program.

Acceptance into Program
After you submit your registration, you will receive phone or e-mail acceptance into the certification program. Payment in full is then required in order to reserve your seat.
Conditions
Workshop certified TLC members are authorized to present TLC workshops to their client organizations. TLC will not support TLC workshops for open or public enrollment.
Payment Methods
You will be invoiced after acceptance into the program. Payment can then be made by check, or Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover.
Cancellation-Refund Policy
A $500 processing fee will be withheld for any cancellation. Cancellations made in writing more than 30 days prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of $2500. A cancellation made in writing less than 30 days prior to start date of certification will result in no refund.
Meals And Travel Costs
Lunch will be provided during certification. Participants are responsible for all travels costs including transportation, hotel and meals.
Accommodations and Transportation
Our training location is designed for easy travel access, comfortable accommodations (and amenities) at a reduced group rate, and proximity to a good selection of restaurants. You will receive details of accommodations and transportation when you register, or you may contact us to get this information in advance.
