This training is for consultants, coaches, Human Relations
and OD professionals, trainers, and therapists who want to deepen
the conversation they have with management and executive leadership
clients. The uniqueness of this tool is that it supports you in
having a powerful, transformative conversation at whatever level
of depth is required to create breakthroughs in awareness and
performance. In short, TLCP 360 degree feedback

deeper so your client can achieve superior results.

is this certification training intended to accomplish?
This
certification will:

Educate you,
in-depth, about the theoretical models and adult development
frameworks that are built into TLCP. This 360 degree assessment comprehensively integrates many leadership/personal development
frameworks. The more you know about these frameworks and how
to use them, the more you are able to meet the client at the
level of development at which they are operating. TLCP
supports you in working as deeply as the client is capable
of going, and enables you to take executive coaching and leadership development to a new level. |
