May 24, 2006, University of Notre Dame
Daniel Holden, Senior Consultant for The Leadership Circle, has
been given Notre Dame's Business School’s Inspiring
Educator Award. This year's award was the given in response
to the evaluations by leaders with whom Holden has worked. At
Notre Dame, Holden conducts The Leadership Circle’s Authentic
Leader Workshop and provides executive coaching following The
Leadership Circle Profile assessment. Holden’s workshops
at Notre Dame are conducted with intact senior level teams, many
of whom present difficult and demanding challenges to this kind
of intense, depth learning.
Holden is recognized for his ability to skillfully
guide leaders through their resistance to a final resolution. Leaders
often describe this as the best, most essential learning of their
leadership careers. This is the second consecutive year that a
member of The Leadership Circle has been recognized by University
of Notre Dame.

Bob Anderson, Founder and Chief Creative officer of The Leadership
Circle, was presented with University of Notre Dame’s Partner
in Innovation Award. This was presented to Anderson in recognition
of his partnership with Executive Education and development of
The Leadership Circle Profile assessment used in executive programs.
